I work on a ''Reward Basis'' that means you pay what it's worth to you and what you can afford, for me to come out and find your lost item.

I have a Call Out fee of $35.00 to cover my fuel expense. Maybe more or less depending on where you are located (Call to discuss)

IMPORTANT: Best way to reach me, since I receive a lot of spam phone calls, is to text me first then call 10 minutes later or to call and leave a message; I generally will not answer a call that I do not recognize the number for.

Search Locations

I’ll cover all of Northern NJ from about Princeton and northward, as well as parts of Northeast PA and Upstate NY close to NJ.

Mark Friesen's Bio

I've had a metal detector since 2014 when I purchased the Minelab's CTX3030. I experimented with it for a short time and due to lack of experience, a hectic work schedule, young kids, I tucked it away for about 10 years.

Since October 2024, after being laid off from work, I've been using it more frequently, joining a metal detecting club, ECDRA, and going on hunts and looking in the nearby woods as well as down the NJ Shore for coins, relics and jewelry.

I have found my daughters ring in my neighbor's yard, in addition, I've found a few other pieces of jewelry on recent searches as well as coins and some relics such as horseshoes, cast iron wood stove name plate, etc, etc. I am ramping up quickly.

I'm eager for more experience and would love to help you find your ring or other valuable items.
