I learned how to Metal Detect from my Father when I was 10 years old. The first time I recovered a ladies Wedding Ring it was such a wonderful feeling it inspired me to join the Ring Finders.

Gold wedding ring found in Huntington Beach with metal detector (2026)
Chad reached out to me tonight August 24th to look for his ring he lost while doing push ups on the sand. He stood in the area until I arrived and it was the first signal I on my metal detector. Surf City Ring Finder

Heirloom Gold and Ruby Ring recovered in Newport Beach Ca (2026)
This was my 3rd recovery on August 16th, I spent about 1 1/2 hour gridding the wet sand to recover this beautiful ring. She told me it was passed down to her from a family member. I met her later to return the ring and forgot to get her photo so you get me instead.

I found this ring in about 5 feet of water after about 40 minutes in Long Beach Ca. This was recovered on August 16th

On Sunday, March 9th, at Sunset Beach, my wife took off her ring to apply sunscreen and accidentally forgot to put it back on. It wasn’t until we were leaving that we realized her ring was buried somewhere in the sand. Thinking quickly, we asked some nearby residents if they had a metal detector—and luckily, they did!
For a few hours, I scoured the beach with the metal detector, convinced we could find it. We had already shaken our towels and blanket, so we thought it might be lost for good. I managed to pinpoint what I believed was the ring’s general location, but despite my efforts, I couldn’t dig it out of the sand.
Just when I was about to lose hope, I decided to call Mike. By the grace of God, he was in the area and was incredibly friendly. He arrived just as the sun was setting. I showed him where I thought the ring might be, and within seconds, using his tools, he unearthed it from the sand!

Extremely thankful for you... (2020)
Thank you soooo much for finding my husband bracelet !! You saved our beach trip. It’s our 5 month daughter first beach trip and losing that killed the start of what’s supposed to be one for the books. Extremely thankful for you and your daughter generosity and helping hand! Have a blessed day
