Lost Breast Milk Ring Leaves Young Mother Devastated…Found in Terra Alta, West Virginia by The Ring Hero

Skylar and her husband Tyler were out in the front of their house laying down pavers as they carefully built a pavilion for future outdoor fun. Skylar took off her very special ring and placed it in her pocket for safekeeping. This was no ordinary ring! It happened to be a breast milk ring that was given to her by her husband on Christmas Day 2024.

If you don’t know what a breastmilk ring is, don’t feel bad about it, because many people have no idea that this type of ring even exists! A breast milk ring is one that incorporates a mother’s breast milk into the design. The milk is often preserved and transformed into a stone or gem, which is then set into the ring. It serves as a sentimental keepsake, often worn by the mother to celebrate her breastfeeding journey and the bond with her child.

After working on the couple’s project for a couple of hours, Skylar was wrapping things up over by their barn and when she reached into her pocket to retrieve her beloved breast milk ring, it was nowhere to be found! The ring somehow came out of Skylar’s pocket. The young lady was simply heartbroken! The breast milk that was in the stone was the last of its kind. The mother could not bear to think that she would not go through life without her special ring. She and her husband searched for hours out near the pavilion and around the grassy areas, but sadly there was no sign of her beautiful memento.

At some point that evening, Skylar went online and found THE RING FINDERS, an elite international directory of metal detectorists that specialize in finding lost rings for people. I was contacted shortly after Skylar reviewed my credentials and we set up a time for me to come out the next day.

I drove about two and a half hours to my client’s West Virginia property. It was beautiful out there in God’s country! Skylar and I took a walk around the front lawn area near the pavilion and she showed me all of the places that she had worked and moved about. I then got my metal detecting gear out and got to work.

My search areas included all of the grassy places near and around the newly constructed pavilion. I scanned the section where Skylar put the ring in her pocket for safekeeping. I also checked out in the field where she and her husband were dumping clumps of grass and weeds. All of those areas looked clear of the piece of jewelry that I was looking for.

When I had no luck finding the lost ring in all of the places that I mentioned above, I began to spread my search farther away from the pavilion with the hope that I would find the ring somewhere off a bit from where the pavilion was being built. Sometimes people forget that they walked and or worked the ground in certain spots and then the missing item turns up in such locations. Well, I am happy to share that that’s exactly what took place in this particular story!

My metal detector gave me a very encouraging signal just about 15 feet away from the places that Skylar said she was working! I looked down and pinpointed the area with a handheld detector… and there it was! Skylar’s irreplaceable white gold and diamond breast milk ring was shining so forever bright under the grass and dirt!

When I surprised my client with the ring, there was nothing Skylar could do but begin to cry! She smiled with a countenance gleaming with pure happiness and a tremendous amount of relief! The two of us thanked the Lord for answering our prayer which we offered up to the Lord before starting the search! It was a beautiful moment in time and I will never forget finding my very first breast milk ring ever! Yes indeed, it was a very special day for all of us out there in the deep mountains of West Virginia!

Lost Engagement Ring at Whittier Woods Local Park in Bethesda, Maryland…Found by Ring Hero Brian Rudolph

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Ring Finder, Brian Rudolph, recovers Meghan’s beautiful 1.35 Carat diamond engagement ring with a halo of round diamonds and platinum band consisting of a combination of baguette and round shaped diamonds set on both sides of the bridge

Meghan and her husband Chris smile for the camera after Clarksburg, Maryland owner of Metal Detecting Adventures Inc surprises his clients with Meghan’s irreplaceable diamond engagement ring

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (also known as THE RING HERO) searches  Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses and Vehicles. He Will Find Your Lost Item! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Meghan and her husband Chris took the children to Whittier Woods Local Park in Bethesda, Maryland the day before Mother’s Day. One of their kids was playing baseball while the other one was running around in the grass and playing on the tot lot.

At some point, Meghan thought it would be a good idea to take her rings off while applying sunscreen to her younger child. Unfortunately, a couple of hours later, when she reached into her back pocket to retrieve her jewelry, only her diamond wedding band was in her jeans. Meghan’s 1.35 Carat diamond engagement ring with a halo of round diamonds and platinum band consisting of a combination of baguette and round shaped diamonds set on both sides of the bridge…was gone!

The couple searched frantically in the grass, areas near the baseball field and all over the playground’s wood chips. Sadly, at the end of their search time, they came up empty-handed.

Meghan and Chris acquired a metal detector and returned to the park to continue their search efforts. They even placed signs around the tot lot area hoping somebody would turn in the ring if it was discovered amongst the children and play equipment. Once again, all of their attempts to recover Meghan’s lost diamond engagement ring led to no avail.

I was thrilled that the couple contacted me sometime the following afternoon on Mother’s Day. Once I received all of the details, I agreed to meet Meghan out at Whittier Woods Local Park in the late afternoon hours the next day.

Upon arriving, my client took me on a tour as to where she and her family played and walked around. I made sure that Meghan guided me to each and every spot where she sat and or interacted with her younger child while the other one was playing baseball.

I immediately took out my metal detecting gear and began the search. Because there were some little ones playing on the tot lot at the time that I was beginning the hunt for the lost ring, I decided to lay down grid lanes and metal detect all of the grassy areas where the family hung out.

Another reason why I started in the grass was because the wood chips that covered the playground had barely any depth. I observed and concluded that it would have been nearly impossible for a ring to hide itself under such little coverage. Most of the chips were impacted and embedded into the playground surface and not loose enough to hide anything of importance – not even something as small and spectacular looking as Meghan’s ring. My conclusion was that the piece of jewelry most likely would have already been eyeballed by someone and so it was best to start in the grass due to the problem of having to work around the children currently on the tot lot as well as considering the late time of day that I was beginning the search.

I grid searched most of the grassy areas except for three new lanes that I had finished laying down. Instead of scanning that last section, I decided to move over to the playground and retrace / detect all of the areas that my client had pointed out a couple of hours earlier. I scanned all of the equipment where Meghan played with her child, scanning over the wood chips by the swings and then went to multiple other spots that she had pointed out.

To my delight, as soon as I began metal detecting under the monkey bars I got a very promising signal! The numbers that lit up my machine’s screen came in the range of a lady’s platinum ring! As I knelt down to investigate the target, there it was… Meghan’s gorgeous diamond engagement ring! It was completely exposed above the wood chips! Because there was such a shallow level of coverage, my detector coil had lightly brushed across that isolated section actually causing the ring to become visible! I couldn’t believe it! It was almost a miracle that this ring had not been spotted in the last couple of days by a child or an adult!

I was so excited to find Meghan’s ring! Before driving to my clients’ house to unleash the great surprise, I took down all of the “Lost Ring” signs that Meghan and Chris had posted up over the weekend.

My clients were beyond floored that I had recovered their irreplaceable keepsake (which Chris had proposed to Meghan with a few years prior)! When I showed up at their door holding the ring up, they were in complete utter shock! Before I left that evening, the three of us gave thanks to the Lord for helping me assist my desperate clients with finding their special symbol of love! What an amazing time that was… a search never to be forgotten!

Potomac, Maryland Man Loses Wedding Ring on Large Property…Found by Ring Finder Brian Rudolph

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Donye’s 14 karat yellow gold wedding band that wife Kate placed on his finger several years earlier…recovered by item recovery specialist Brian Rudolph

Donye poses for photo with much gratitude felt inside after Brian Rudolph, a member of THE RING FINDERS, recovers client’s lost 14 karat yellow gold wedding band

Donye called my company (Metal Detecting Adventures) for help in finding his lost 14 karat yellow gold wedding band that disappeared somewhere outside on his property or possibly inside my client’s home. The band was extremely special to the couple because not only was it part of their initial wedding ceremony with lots of family and friends, but it was also placed on my client’s finger during a separate special spiritual wedding service at their local church.

I came out to the Potomac, Maryland estate and the two of us walked around the lawn. I asked every question imaginable regarding what yard tasks Donye focused on in order for me to decide the areas of importance where I would be metal detecting.

Besides mowing the several acre property, my client laid down seed and placed topsoil over various bare spots randomly spread throughout his backyard. Donye did lots of trimming and edging along the sides of the lawn as well as tree limb cutting in both the front yard and back yard.

This turned out to be one of those searches where as a metal detectorist I picked the right spot to search first! I decided to initially metal detect the topsoil bag and the buckets that held the seed and soil. When those items were found to be free from containing the lost ring, I began to metal detect the areas where Donye pulled weeds from the ground and then receded the bare spots which he would then finally cover with top soil.

I made sure that I scanned over the grass surrounding the isolated patches that were filled with seed just in case the ring slipped off of my client’s finger close by to where he was doing his yard work. Eventually, within minutes, I received a promising signal on my metal detector. The detector screen indicated a number that was in the range of what I was looking for. I bent over to investigate the target signal and sure enough… there it was! I found it! I recovered Donye’s beloved wedding band!!!!!

My client couldn’t believe that I was able to recover his lost irreplaceable keepsake so quickly on such a large property! He understood that my initial investigative reporting truly helped in solving this mystery as quickly as I did!

Donye called his wife Kate just minutes after the ring was detected in the back yard. Just hearing how grateful and relieved she was that their “symbol of love” had been saved from extinction, truly made the search and recovery well worth my efforts to help solve the lost ring mystery at my client’s beautiful Potomac, Maryland estate!

Lost Engagement Ring at Ijamsville, Maryland Wedding Sparks Panic…Ring Hero Brian Rudolph Solves Mystery at Glen Ellen Farm

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Tessa’s yellow gold 1.75 carat marquise cut diamond engagement ring lost at a wedding and recovered by professional metal detectorist Brian Rudolph

Tessa and her fiancé Patrick excitedly pose for the camera after RING HERO Brian Rudolph metal detected their irreplaceable keepsake on the grassy parking lot at Glen Ellen Farm in Ijamsville, Maryland

At six in the morning this past Mother’s Day, I received a text from a desperate bride-to-be who lost her beautiful yellow gold 1.75 carat marquise cut diamond engagement ring.

Tessa and Patrick were getting married in 3 weeks and while attending a friend’s wedding, Tessa realized that she wasn’t wearing her irreplaceable keepsake on her finger.

Upon returning to the hotel room later that night, the engaged couple frantically searched everywhere for Tessa’s ring but unfortunately it was nowhere to be found. They even pulled the sink trap off to see if the jewel ended up in the bathroom’s plumbing but sadly it was not there.

By morning, the couple started getting desperate. Tessa searched online for help and that’s when THE RING HERO, Brian Rudolph, came to the rescue!

I spoke with Tessa shortly after 6am to get the facts pertaining to the disappearance of her irreplaceable “symbol of love”. From all of the information that she gave me, I narrowed the search window between the hotel room and the grassy parking lot at the wedding venue.

My client told me that her ring was not loose on her finger. That fact helped me to conclude that she had to have intentionally taken the ring off of her finger (it did not slide off). So, the two places where it could have been taken off would have been in the couple’s hotel bathroom or in their vehicle. This led me to my next question, “Tessa, did you happen to apply lotion on your hands while the two of you drove to the wedding?” She immediately responded with astonishment, “Yes, how did you know?” I explained to my client that this was a common behavior when people lose their rings. They take the jewelry off of their fingers, place the items on their lap, apply the lotion, and forget to put the ring(s) back onto their finger(s).

We now had a plan with how we would attack this search. I agreed to meet Tessa and Patrick out at Glen Ellen Farm in Ijamsville, Maryland where the wedding had taken place the night before.

When I arrived at the property, I parked along the grassy parking lot where the couple had positioned their vehicle when they first arrived at the wedding. I asked if we could have a word of prayer before the search began and they appreciated my desire to call upon God’s help to assist me in helping my clients. Since God instituted the concept of betrothal (which is engagement) as well as marriage, my opinion is that the Lord is on my side when it comes to trying to recover these symbols of promise and covenant of commitment!

I asked Tessa where she thought the two of them parked their vehicle and I then immediately got to work! I was hoping that my theory was correct that the young lady had just not remembered that she had the ring on her finger coming to the wedding and that she just forgot to put it back on after applying lotion.

As it turned out, within a couple of minutes of metal detecting the grassy parking area, I struck yellow gold! I indeed recovered Tessa’s irreplaceable jewel of love! I cannot express with words how awesome it felt to successfully metal detect Tessa’s ring based on the theory I was going by!

It was such an awesome sight to see Tessa’s face and her fiancé’s countenance the moment that I yelled over to them that I had found their beloved ring! The three of us celebrated the return of one of their most important material possessions and we gave thanks to the Lord for helping me solve this mystery for the couple! It was a beautiful moment for all of us!

Tessa and Patrick will be getting married next week! Because they called THE RING HERO to help find their jewel and recover it before it was lost forever, Tessa will now be wearing her beloved yellow gold 1.75 marquis diamond engagement ring on the most special day of her life!

Gardening Outside Silver Spring, Maryland House Causes ‘Three-Ring’ Circus…Lost Diamond Rings are Recovered by Ring Finder Brian Rudolph

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Miriam’s white gold, 1.15 carat solitaire diamond engagement ring with an additional round accent diamond on each side. Also, a white gold, half-infinity diamond wedding band and a white gold, diamond channeled half-infinity anniversary ring – all recovered by THE RING HERO, Brian Rudolph.

Miriam expresses her excitement as she holds up her three precious irreplaceable keepsakes which metal detectorist and proud member of THE RING FINDERS, Brian Rudolph, recovered and returned to his client.

Miriam’s white gold, 1.15 carat solitaire diamond engagement ring with additional round diamonds on each side. White gold, half-infinity diamond wedding band and a white gold, diamond channeled half-infinity anniversary ring

I received a call from Miriam who lost three rings: her diamond engagement ring, diamond wedding band, and a similar style diamond anniversary ring with channeled diamonds halfway around the band.

For an entire week Miriam looked everywhere in the house and outside where she was doing yard work. No matter how many hours she and her husband Curtis searched for the three rings, they were nowhere to be found.

At some point, Miriam went online and found METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC, a local metal detecting business in the Maryland area. The website directed the woman to THE RING FINDERS, an elite international directory of metal detectorists who specialize in recovering lost rings and other items. That’s when she contacted me, THE RING HERO, Brian Rudolph.

I spoke with the distraught woman for some time on the phone, asking every question imaginable. Unfortunately, the garbage was already thrown out, but I gave her some other suggestions as to where to look for Miriam’s irreplaceable keepsakes. She said that she would call me back to schedule a visit if she still couldn’t find the rings.

Two weeks later (3 weeks since the initial disappearance of the jewelry), the sad and frustrated woman from Silver Spring, Maryland, called me back once again and requested my assistance in trying to recover her very special “symbols of love”. I was excited to help!

A couple of days later I arrived at the house. Between the two of us, we concluded that the only place left to search for the missing rings would be in and around the flower beds in front of the house.

I got out all of my metal detecting equipment and explained to Miriam how the search would take place. She showed me approximately 6 or 7 different locations around the front yard where she was weeding and trimming several weeks back.

Section by section, I metal detected each suspected area including scanning in and around a large hydrangea plant. I eventually moved over to the flower beds located adjacent to the foundation of the brick house. There were all kinds of miscellaneous pieces of metal discovered throughout the process of searching for the precious jewels. But eventually a very promising signal popped up on my detector screen! I got down on my knees and pinpointed the target with a handheld device. There buried in the leaves was the most beautiful sight! I found the white gold, 1.15 carat engagement ring with an additional round diamond on each side! I was beyond excited! My client began to cry!

I returned under the bushes to search for the other two rings! Within minutes, I found Miriam’s white gold, half-infinity diamond wedding band and her white gold, diamond channeled half-infinity anniversary ring, as well!

I could not have been happier for my Australian born client who had been painfully tormented for weeks not knowing if she was ever going to see her rings ever again! Miriam thanked me profusely for all of my help, starting with the endless questions that I asked her (to help get a better understanding as to where the rings could have ended up) to the professional metal detecting sleuth work I did to successfully recover my client’s sentimental keepsakes!

Before I left Miriam’s property, we called her husband Curtis and gave him the good news. We then bowed our heads and gave thanks to the Lord for answering our prayers which we offered up to God prior to the beginning of the search! Indeed there was much to be thankful for!

Wedding Ring Missing After Throwing Ball to Dog…Recovered by The Ring Hero in Millersville, Maryland

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Jason’s handsome tungsten carbide wedding band that RING HERO, Brian Rudolph, found in his client’s Millersville, Maryland backyard

Brian Rudolph’s happy and relieved client holding up his irreplaceable wedding band that had gone missing for days after throwing a ball to his dog in the backyard

Jason was innocently playing with his dog when all of a sudden his ring goes flying off of his finger along with the ball that he was throwing to his dog! He heard a “ping” and began looking for his precious keepsake. After a long time of searching with no positive results, Jason decided to rent a metal detector and he tried desperately to find the irreplaceable jewel before his wife returned from a trip.

The poor guy hunted for at least 5 to 6 hours with no luck. That’s when Jason did the right thing! He called…THE RING HERO!

I arrived at Jason’s place and he showed me where the accidental “crime” occurred. Then, I got my gear out, set up my gridlines and began to metal detect. Within 5 minutes I found Jason’s handsome tungsten carbide wedding ring just a short distance from his backyard fence!

I found my client’s ring in just a very brief bit of time as opposed to the many wasted hours that Jason spent using a purchased metal detector that didn’t accomplish his most important objective: to find that ring before it was buried for life and bring a smile to his wife’s face when she would eventually return home from her out-of-town trip!

Lost Lady’s Wedding Band in Suitland, Maryland…Found Near Sidewalk by Ring Hero

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Nancy’s 14 karat yellow gold, .5 carat solitaire diamond wedding ring with multiple diamonds surrounding half of the band… successfully recovered by member of THE RING FINDERS

Nancy, Cesar and their precious little daughter rejoice at the incredible sight of Nancy’s beautiful diamond wedding band which ring finder Brian Rudolph was able to metal detect and return to the couple

Nancy lost her irreplaceable 14 karat yellow gold .5 carat solitaire diamond wedding ring with multiple diamonds surrounding half of the band. It was assumed that my client lost her ring somewhere in the front yard based on the situation that the couple privately shared with me.

Cesar (Nancy’s husband) found my profile on THE RING FINDERS website, an elite international directory of metal detectorists who specialize in finding lost rings for people. After we talked about the loss of Nancy’s sentimental keepsake, we set up a time for me to come to their house two days later.

As soon as I arrived at the house, Cesar pointed to his small front yard and said that the lawn was the only place that the ring could have been lost. The couple had searched the grass for several hours but all of their efforts led to no avail.

Nancy’s husband and I had a time of prayer, asking God to help me find the ring for the couple. I reminded my client that God was the one who instituted the whole concept of marriage in the beginning of time and therefore I always feel favored by the Lord when I pray for His help when searching for lost engagement rings and wedding bands. Cesar was in full agreement with my Biblical beliefs.

I set up my metal detecting equipment and laid down gridlines across the entire lawn which stretched out all the way to the sidewalk. Lane by lane I searched for the extremely petite gold ring, and to my great frustration I encountered terrible interference coming from live electrical lines in various places buried under the ground. With something this small that I was looking for, it was going to be a great challenge to find the cherished wedding band in the midst of the torturing distractions coming through my headphones due to the interference I was experiencing.

After I completed metal detecting almost the entire front lawn, I started searching the final grid lane located at the very bottom of the property, adjacent to the sidewalk. At that point, I was very concerned that the ring may had been eyeballed by a pedestrian and regretfully picked up and taken away. However, I still had hope in that 3 foot by 40 foot area of grass that remained un-scanned.

As it turned out, even to my greatest surprise, just a foot and a half away from the sidewalk, only 2 feet from finishing the grid lane, my metal detector picked up a very promising signal. My machine’s screen registered numbers that fell in the range of a lady’s gold or platinum ring.

I knelt down to the ground, pinpointed the target with my handheld detector and yes, there it was, Nancy’s beautiful yellow gold diamond wedding band! I couldn’t believe it! It was partially lying beneath the dirt and grass! Even I was shocked at the incredible “fantastic finish”!

Nancy and her husband Cesar were beyond excited and quite relieved after I surprised each one of them separately with the wonderful news of my successful recovery of the 3 year old sentimental wedding band! They were so grateful.

Before I left the house, the three of us (as well as their little girl who was being held in the arms of her father) expressed our deepest thanks to the Lord who helped me to assist this desperate couple in recovering their irreplaceable piece of jewelry that they were incapable of finding themselves! It was an unforgettable time of thanksgiving between the four of us!

Dan lost his wedding band and he didn’t know where it fell off of his finger. The ring wasn’t even loose and by the time Dan discovered that it was missing, he didn’t know where to start looking for the irreplaceable keepsake.

Dan looked for about an hour around his house and outdoors but unfortunately the ring never turned up. At some point, the sad gentleman looked online to see if there were professionals that search for lost items such as rings. He was so happy to find THE RING FINDERS, an elite international directory of metal detectorists who specialize in recovering lost items of all kinds (especially rings).

I received a text from the client inquiring about my services. I was happy to discuss details about the disappearance of his beloved wedding band. I asked Dan if he still had the trash from a week ago during the time his ring went missing and he confirmed that he did in fact save the garbage. I encouraged him to first check the trash bag before setting up a time for me to come to his property.

By the time we finished talking on the phone, it was clear that the only areas that I could metal detect would be spaces near the basketball hoop / base, the side yard located behind the hoop, the neighbor’s side yard and the front yard including the bushes.

I arrived at Dan’s house the next day and we immediately reviewed all of the potential areas that I needed to search. His kids were excited to watch THE RING HERO at work.

I metal detected around the basketball hoop, all of the areas on the left side of the property, part of the front and side lawn of the neighbor’s house, the client’s backyard but towards the front portion of the house, as well as the bushes in front of the property. Nothing turned up.

The last place to search was the front lawn. Dan was playing soccer with his son before playing some basketball on one particular day and so it was a slight possibility that the ring could have slipped off somewhere in the grass or in one of the flower beds.

I metal detected in straight lines, back and forth across the property until I came to the area where Dan remembered retrieving the soccer ball at one particular moment during his play time with his son. As I neared the end of the grid lane, my metal detector gave me a very promising signal. It was in the range of a men’s wedding band and it was located above ground or maybe just below the surface.

As it turned out, when I knelt down to the ground to investigate the target signal, there it was, the ring that I had been looking for for the past hour! I could see the platinum halo below the grass line just waiting for me to recover it and return it to its proper owner!

I was so happy for my client! I surprised Dan and his family inside their house just minutes after recovering the ring. He couldn’t believe it! He studied it over and over again and I told him to check the inscription inside which would prove that I found his one and only wedding band! Carolyn (Dan’s wife) was just blown away by my efforts! The children were all excited and couldn’t wait to see where I actually pulled the ring from the ground!

Before I left the property, the family thanked me over and over again for being their RING HERO! It was truly a gratifying experience to rescue something so irreplaceable and so special to this couple – something that would have never been seen or worn again had it not been for my expertise and for my own personal reliance upon my Lord and Messiah…my true Ring Hero!

Ring Finder in Ashburn, Virginia Recovers 2.5 Carat Diamond Ring from Garbage Bag Before Trash Pickup

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Bindiya’s 14 karat white gold, 2.5 carat diamond engagement / wedding ring with .35 carat accent diamonds on both sides of the band’s bridge – recovered by THE RING HERO, Brian Rudolph

Bindiya, Arjun and brother celebrate the fantastic ring recovery performed by ring finder, Brian Rudolph (also known as THE RING HERO)

Bindiya called me in desperation after she lost her 14 karat white gold, 2.5 carat diamond engagement / wedding ring with .35 carat accent diamonds on both sides of the band’s bridge.

The client found me on the THE RING FINDERS website, an elite international directory of specialized metal detectorists.

Bindiya shared that she lost her precious ring sometime in the past couple of days prior to calling me. She remembered coming home with it but then at some point she looked down and the ring was not on her finger any longer. The desperate woman searched everywhere in the house but all of her efforts led to no avail.

Eventually, she looked online for help to find her irreplaceable keepsake. As soon as I started talking with the young lady, I began asking every question possible. I asked her where the garbage was and if it was already picked up by the county. Bindiya explained that she had already looked through the garbage and then placed the bags back in the can and wheeled it out to the end of her driveway for pickup that day.

I immediately told my client to take the trash can back up to the garage and wait for my arrival. She didn’t think there was any way that the ring could have ended up in the trash because she had already thoroughly looked through the garbage bags just in case she had discarded the precious piece of jewelry in the throwaways.

When I arrived at the Asburn, Virginia residence, Arjun (Bindiya’s husband), took me through their house and showed me all of the places that his wife had been around during the time of the ring’s disappearance. I immediately started to probe the furniture and metal detected clothes and other important objects in multiple rooms throughout the large beautiful home. After a couple of hours, I was pretty convinced that the ring was not in the house.

At some point, Bindiya returned home with the children and I gave her a summary of all of the places that I had searched but with no positive results. I even asked the children what they remembered on the evening when the ring was identified as missing. One of the kids thought that her mother opened the trash can under the sink to discard some food from the evening dinner. It was at that moment that I insisted that I should inspect and metal detect the bags of garbage that I requested Bindiya to remove from the curb earlier in the day. The garbage was the last place that needed to be searched before I would have to call it quits.

I went out to the garage, retrieved all of my necessary equipment to do the search and then began metal detecting every piece of trash that was in the suspected bags. Once I finished the first white trash bag, I began metal detecting all of the contents in the second plastic receptacle. Bindiya, Arjun and his brother restlessly watched over my investigation in the cold garage, hoping that my hunch in finding the beautiful piece of jewelry would be correct. As it turned out, my suspicions turned out to be 100% accurate! When I reached the bottom of the trash bag, I metal detected all of the contents that were mixed in a pile of coffee grounds. It was there that my handheld metal detector began to beep and there it was! My eyes beheld the most amazing looking diamond ring just “swimming” in the mixture of all of the black grounds and miscellaneous pieces of rubbish!

The family went crazy the moment I revealed my incredible recovery! This irreplaceable sentimental ring (which also had a tremendous monetary value attached to it) would have been lost forever at the central city dump had it not been for my strong advice to my client to bring that trash back to the house! That was the advice of an experienced RING HERO and I am so proud to share that this amazing ring was yet another sentimental keepsake rescued from the snares of the county’s trash incinerator and horrific dump site!

Lost Diamond Engagement Ring Recovered in House by Ring Finder… Alexandria, Virginia Owner Celebrates!

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Barbara’s yellow gold, 1.4 carat pear shaped diamond with accent round diamonds engagement ring which “Ring Hero” Brian Rudolph helped to recover in Alexandria, Virginia home.

Barbara smiles with great happiness and relief as she holds up her beautiful yellow gold, 1.4 carat pear shaped diamond with accent round diamonds engagement ring.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Barbara contacted me during a time of great distress because she could not find her beloved yellow gold, 1.4 carat pear shaped diamond with accent round diamonds engagement ring. She searched all over her house for many days but all of her efforts led to no avail. She remembered that she did a particular errand but then returned to the home and she was worried that maybe her ring fell off in a public environment. After nearly a week of searching, Barbara found THE RING FINDERS’ website online and learned about my ring finding service. We immediately set up a time for me to come to her Alexandria, Virginia home to do a full investigation to see if I could recover her irreplaceable keepsake.

I visited Barbara’s house twice: once on a Friday and the other day was two days later on Sunday. When I first arrived, my client gave me a very long tour of all the places where she worked and relaxed around the house. She showed me the two cars that she drove, the location where she walked across the lawn and also where all of the garbage was thrown out. There was a lot of territory to cover.

On Day 1, I was focused on metal detecting the lawn, searching some places in the living room (which included probing the couch), and lastly, searching all of the bags of trash outside. It was dark outside by the time I completed the final bag of garbage and at that point there was no recovery made. I left the house after searching for about 3.5 hours.

On Day 2, I set my aim on probing both vehicles and searching more rooms in the house. Once I concluded that the sentimental “symbol of love” that Barbara so very much cherished for many decades was not lost in either car, I made my way into the house. My client suggested that I move next into the laundry room since there was plenty of clothing to be scanned and multiple hiding places that the ring could have made its way into. However, I continued my walk straight past the laundry room and went directly into the kitchen.

I had remembered that I had asked Barbara the other day if she had been in her kitchen sometime during the day of the disappearance of her ring. She couldn’t remember specifically what she did in that space in the house, but I was still curious to check one specific area before moving on to the next room.

I asked Mrs. Katz, “Do you have a cabinet or drawer where you stuff your reusable plastic grocery bags?” She immediately responded by pointing to a narrow cabinet near the refrigerator and said, “Yes, absolutely. I throw them all in here. Why do you ask?” I went on to share with my client that I recently successfully found a men’s wedding band in a large bag hanging from the pantry door handle where the gentleman had stuffed all of his reusable grocery bags into it. The ring had slipped off of his finger and landed in the pile of plastic! I wanted to check to see if Barbara’s ring might have ended up in a similar environment.

Handful by handful, my client gave me a fistful of grocery bags to metal detect with my pinpointer. After clearing one clump of plastic, I would repeat the procedure with a fresh group of bags. After detecting forty out of the hundred items stuffed in the narrow vertical cabinet, suddenly, my client let out a shriek of excitement and exclaimed, “Brian, we found it! The ring! It just fell to the bottom of the cabinet from within the middle of the pile! You did it! Your hunch was right! My ring was in here all along! I can’t believe it!”

Barbara and I rejoiced together and the two of us were completely in disbelief! Even though I find these consistencies in similar environments while trying to solve such head scratching mysteries, it never gets old and its always beyond amazing to be a part of these kind of recoveries!

My client’s spouse came out of the bedroom and he was completely blown away by my successful endeavors. He admitted to me just like many other unbelievers have in the past, “When I was told what you do to help people find their lost rings, I didn’t think for a minute that you would solve this one! Well Brian…you proved me wrong!”
