Lost Men’s Wedding Band found in the Northland!

Jacob called me last Saturday about his wedding band he lost at Park North of the River in Kansas City, MO. He had taken his daughter to the park to play at the playground.
He had previously put his ring in his pocket and as he walked up the hill to the playground he took his key fob out to make sure his car was locked and apparently the ring came out as well. He happened to check his pocket while his daughter was playing and called me shortly after searching for it for a while. I met him at the park and followed the path that he said he took up the hill and located it about 30 feet from the gate. I love to see the smiles after I find a lost item, it not only makes them happy, but me as well.

Men’s Gold Wedding Ring Found after Being Lost for over a Year!

Steve contacted me about a ring he lost around a year ago while putting mulch around his shrubs and flowers. It was cold at the time and slid right off his finger. It really meant a lot to him and his wife since he has had it every since they were married, over 55 years ago.

The search area was pretty small but the metal detector coil is to big to get in between the shrubs and flowers so I had to go over each section with the Minelab Pro-Find 35 Pin pointer. After about 30 minutes of searching the pin pointer sounded on something in the hole beside the root of the last shrub. I caught a little glimpse of gold and pulled out his long lost ring.

I makes me feel sooooo good to be able to find the ring that meant so much to him and his wife! I think you can tell how happy Steve is by the picture.

Tears of Joy!

I received a call from Sandy on July 15th asking if I could try to find her small gold tag/bar with a silver cross attached. Her kids, now grown, gave it to her years ago. She showed me where she thought her necklace broke and after a couple of search patterns I expanded my search just outside of my original search area. All of a sudden my Minelab Manticore showed a 18 and that the target was very conductive.
I looked down and saw it peaking out from the grass. I turned around and extended my arm with my hand closed, and dropped it in her hand.
There were a few tears and a lot of thanks and a few hugs.

It really makes me feel great when I can recover an item that means so much.

Men’s Ring Found in Lee’s Summit, MO

I received a call from Christy on June 23rd saying that her husbands ring was lost in the back yard.
Her husband met me as I arrived and explained the situation and the area that it was lost in.
After a couple minutes of hunting my metal detector told me exactly where it was.

Diamond Earring Found in Tall Grass

I got a call from Stephanye about a lost diamond earring in Independence, MO on Saturday. Her husband, Terrence, was out mowing the grass on a riding lawnmower, a vine on the edge of the woods succeeded in removing the earring from his ear.

It being so small with mostly diamond on it, it took me several passes but luckily, I was able to return it to a very happy Terrence.

Ring found under the snow in the Kansas City Metro Area

I got a text from David and Kaylee about his wedding ring that was lost in the snow. Their mailbox is down at the bottom of a snow covered 45 deg. incline that’s about 20 long. He slipped coming up the snow covered hill after getting the mail and  put his hand in the snow to catch himself, the ring vanished.

After a few minutes of finding metallic trash (nails, pull tabs, etc.), I scanned a snow covered area with my Minelab 900 and a 75 popped up on the display. After moving some snow out of the way, I spotted the tantalum wedding band.

I received a text from a gentleman that had lost his wedding ring in his backyard while putting down straw. He showed me the area that he lost it in and in about 2 minutes, I handed him his wedding ring! He was ecstatic and   thanked me for providing a valuable service and said that I probably saved his marriage. Go Royals!
