Gold wedding ring lost in yard debris, Found in Altamonte Springs Florida with a metal detector!

This lost ring recovery began when Alex called and explained how he lost his gold wedding ring while clearing some weeds and throwing the debris over a fence into a large pile of rocks and vines. Alex tried pulling some vines and moving some of the rocks but while doing so he thought that maybe he was causing his ring to drop deeper into a crevice thus making it more difficult to actually retrieve.

Later that evening a search for a metal detecting expert led him to one of my successful ring recoveries and Alex gave me a call. So I arrived the next day armed with my Deus 2 metal detector, a good pair of gloves, snake boots, a machete and a determination to do my very best to find Alex’s lost gold wedding ring. Alex had opened a small area where he said he actually saw his ring land and I began sweeping my coil along and above the rocks. Only a few iron signals grunted at me through my bone induction head phones so I set my detector aside and began clearing more vines, rocks and debris away. Again I scanned with my coil and nothing sounded off. I repeated this process until I had a fairly large area cleared and still no signal of a gold wedding ring! Next I began removing some of the larger rocks that allowed me to get closer and then I heard a faint repeatable signal and upon further probing with my trustee Garrett Pro Pin pointer…I spotted Alex’s lost gold Cartier wedding ring down in the rocks. The home owner saw me all excited like and came out and offered me a glass of ice, a cold a Coke and congratulations! What a thrill to be able to find a lost ring in such a difficult pile of rubble and I breathed a short prayer of thanksgiving to God for guiding me along and keeping me safe during the process.

Gold pendant lost in grass, found in Daytona Beach, Florida with a metal detector!

Bruce called me about a lost gold pendant in his yard and wanted to know if I could help him find it. This gold pendant was a very special gift to him from his grandmother whom he had great respect for and who had a very special place in his life and heart. Apparently a few nights earlier he and his brother were messing around and as they got out of the car they began wrestling and Bruce noticed that one end of his chain was hanging down the front of his shirt. He quickly grabbed the chain and began feeling around for his special gold pendant that he has worn since he was just a young teen. He searched the car, the driveway, his cloths and finally began looking in the grass…but very soon realized the impossibility of finding it in the thick St. Augustine grass. Later that evening he found my number online and after our conversation he started feeling a small bit of hope. Two days later I arrived and began searching the small area where the short wrestling match took place. My first set of grid searching passes turned up the normal yard trash and I soon realized that my metal detector was set on Beach Mode so I switched it to Gold Mode and I soon got the signal I was praying I would find. Bruce was so thrilled and we had a good long conversation about what the pendant meant to him and just what all his grand mother meant to him as well!

So what have you lost and how can I help you today? Call, text or leave me a message at 321-363-6029 and let’s talk!

This search began when Kimberly texted me about a lost gold ring in her front yard. She was planting flowers and setting up a new birdbath/water fountain and was working with a pile of decorative rocks. Later when she went to shower she realized her gold diamond ring was not on her finger. She thought her ring could have come off while she had her hands in the dirt while planting her flowers or maybe when she was washing her hands off with the hose over the grass. She spent an hour or so looking but soon realized she needed a metal detector and while searching the internet she came across theringfinder.com website and one of my stories and decided to give me a call.

When I arrived and looked the situation over there were a number of places where her ring could be hiding so I decided to detect the simplest place first…where she washed the dirt off of her hands. The grass was very thick but a good metal detector could easily punch down through the grass and detect a gold ring…but it was not there! I then detected the 20 small plants that Kimberly had planted thinking her gold ring could have easily slipped off while doing that action…and again no ring! Next were the decorative stones and no ring there either! Kimberly suggested pulling up the plants to make detecting easier and allowing the machine to detect deeper as well so I said ok and in the meantime I decided to cover the small grassy areas on both sides of the sort sidewalk leading from the driveway to the circular fountain and BINGO…right at the corner of the sidewalk and driveway my Deus 2 gave a sharp clear signal of #56 and as I parted the grass I could see Kimberly’s lost gold ring! Kimberly was overjoyed and so relieved and her picture gives a little glimpse of how she felt.

So how can I help you find what you have lost? Don’t wait…call, text or leave me message at 321-363-6029 and let’s talk!

This ring search began when I received a text from Marie asking if I could help find a lost ring in her car. I always ask a few pertinent questions first off to determine the actual likelihood of finding their lost ring. She was 100% sure it was lost in her car and explained that being from France she has the tendency to talk while using gestures with her hands and that is exactly what happened in this case. She made a quick sweep of her hand and felt her ring come off and then she heard a click. At first she was not overly concerned because she figured when she got home she would do a simple search and find her ring…no problem. But after thoroughly searching on her own and vacuuming and then taking her car to the mechanic…they were not able to find her precious ring. This simple gold ring was a gift to her when she was 13 years old from her mother who has recently passed away. Marie is very fond of her special ring and even more so now…so not having her ring caused her true heartache.

It took about 15 minutes to look all the obvious places over and the sun roof opening was a most likely place for a flying ring to go but my probing with my Endoscope could not detect a small gold ring. Then I began searching carefully along the metal seat glides and I spotted a quarter tucked under the drivers seat and then a flash of gold revealed Marie’s lost gold ring hiding along side the quarter. I called Marie out to see what I had found and she was visibly shaken and hugged me over and over and kept saying “Thank you, thank you”!

So I thank God for allowing me to find Marie’s lost ring in her car and I thank Marie for giving me the call and opportunity to help her. And then I am thankful to be able to help those in need of The Ring Finders services and for Chris Turner who started this service and made it available to those of us who find great joy and contentment in helping others.

Metal detecting service finds lost gold chain in Port Orange Florida!

This search began when Ronaldo called me asking if I could help him find his lost gold chain and medallion. Apparently while working at a neighbors house his chain was getting in the way of his bending over while putting an electric line in a ditch and he was concerned it would fall off or get damaged so he removed his chain and set it on the back bumper of his truck…thinking he would retrieve it later before driving his truck. BUT…you guessed it…he plumb forgot and drove his truck just a very short distance and all of a sudden he remembered his chain and when he stopped and checked his bumper…his precious chain was gone! He immediately returned to his neighbors yard thinking it must have fallen off into the grass but he walked for an hour looking and just could not find his lost gold chain anywhere. He even searched the road where he drove and nothing! When I arrived I began searching the thick grass and after an hour I too came up empty handed. Ronaldo was quite shaken and as we talked I encouraged him that if it was there I felt very confident we could find it and mentioned to again check the road where he drove and wouldn’t you know it…his chain was actually still just laying in the middle of the road in plain sight and had been run over at least once because the medallion was a bit bent and slightly scratched up but all in all his lost gold chain was in one piece! Ronaldo was ecstatic and thanked me over and over for coming out and helping him find his sentimental lost gold chain! What an honor it is for me to be able to help those in need of this unique and specialized service. I thank God often for allowing me the privilege to bring joy and happiness to people who need my help. So….how can I help you? Call, text or leave me a message at 321-363-6029 and let’s talk!

I received a frantic call from Darryl while he was actually standing in the ocean in front of a popular beach hotel! He went on to explain how his wife had lost her diamond engagement ring in knee deep water and he needed someone with a metal detector right away! It was a good one hour drive for me so I gave Darryl a local Ring Finders number and told him I would be praying that he could get the help he needed. Later that evening I texted Darryl to see if his wife’s lost diamond ring was recovered but it was not. According to the time that the ring was lost the tide was coming up and was getting close to high tide and the tide chart indicated that the next low tide was at 2:30 am the next morning and I figured that that would be the best optimal time to do a thorough search. I decided to text my friend, the local Ring Finder and ask if he would mind if I could go out in the middle of the night and look for Darryl’s wife’s lost diamond ring. There was an absolutely beautiful full moon and Darryl had given me very clear directions about where they were in the surf when she dropped her ring…like straight from the stairs behind the hotel leading down onto the sand. So I set out my flags and began a tight grid search pattern while using my long handled scoop to drag behind me marking the area I had covered. It only took 15 minutes to get the exact signal I was looking for and since the ring was lost only 7 hours earlier I decided to carefully scrape the hard packed sand away and two inches down there was the beautiful lost diamond ring that I was looking for! When I texted Darryl the good news it only took a matter of minutes for him to come running down onto the moonlit beach to see first hand his wife’s diamond ring…something he was sure he would never see again!

So how can I help you find what you have lost? Call, text or leave me a message and let’s talk!

Lost heirloom yellow gold chain in pond at Ft. Pierce Florida…Found and returned to owner!

  • from Sanford (Florida, United States)

This lost gold chain recovery began when I received a call from Max asking me if I could help him find his very sentimental and cherished gold chain in a small pond. He explained how he was at a friends place and they all decided to jump off the end of a dock into 7 feet of water and Max figured he would do a back flip. Knowing that his gold chain was long enough to come off over his head he deliberately held his hand by the side of his head to sort of catch or stop the chain from coming off…but in this case it did not work. Max felt his chain come off and it caught on his little finger and disappeared into the water and sank into the silty bottom of the pond. He knew it had to be real close to where he jumped in and he decided to buy a cheap hand held metal detector/pinpointer and tried his best to locate his lost gold chain and after a few attempts he decided to look online for more help. A few days later I met Max and armed with my 6 inch hand held Nokta Pulse Dive Scuba Detector and handy Blu3 Nemo dive system I jumped into the water and began carefully searching the target area. I found a number of items like sissors, a BB gun pistol, a ratchet strap, etc…before my fingers wrapped around a chain like object and as I cleaned the silt away I could see Max’s lost gold chain! Again I was reminded just how good GOD is to give me the opportunity and know how to help people find their lost treasures! What a privilege and blessing…and Max was super thrilled to see his special heirloom gold chain…a gift that was given to him by his father 5 years ago and the one that he hopes to wear the rest of his life!

Joshua called me to see about how to find his wife’s lost gold ring in his brother-in-law’s front yard. I asked a few questions about how it was lost and when it happened and from his answers I could pretty much tell that the possibilities were high of being able to find her lost gold ring. When I arrived it was pouring rain and as I donned my boots and rain coat and grabbed my water proof Garrett AT Max metal detector I asked God to help me find Joshua’s wife’s lost gold ring. Joshua was watching me from the cover of the garage and I began my normal tight overlapping grid search of the area where his wife had dropped her ring. Fifteen minutes later my metal detector sounded off with the distinct shallow signal with the exact numbers and as I looked down I could see the clear outline of a small gold ring in the wet grass. I called Joshua to come have a look and then corrected my sentence to “Just wait there…I have something to show you!” Joshua had searched the area well with a cheap metal detector but in the end I was honored to be able to help him and his wife find their lost gold ring!

Metal Detecting Service finds lost gold ear ring after car accident, Ocala Florida, recovered by Mike McInroe, Florida Ring Finder!

I received a call from Dylan asking if I was available to help locate a very sentimental gold ear ring lost during a car accident along the Florida Turnpike near the Ocala Florida area. Dylan’s girlfriend had been given these special ear rings years ago and was desperate to find the missing ear ring. During the accident the air bags went off and the trauma somehow caused her to lose one of them. My first attempt was to search the entire area where the car came to a stop in the grassy center median. And as you know these areas are just covered with all sorts of metal objects…so it took a few hours to check every signal that was shallow and that rang up in the general gold numbers. My search came up unsuccessful so I determined I really needed to search the vehicle next but it had been towed to a local insurance auto auction lot and was not available for me to search without the proper permission. So I assured Dylan that I would conduct a search of the vehicle when I had opportunity and when the paper work was complete. Fast forward 50 days…I received another lost ring search only minutes away from where Dylan’s car was being held and I made plans to stop by and do a thorough search of the wrecked car. And it was a good thing because the car was in the process of being sent to auction only days later. A quick search of the cars interior and the lost gold ear ring was found…way under the drivers seat. Dylan and his girl friend were just thrilled to hear the good news and drove a couple of hours to retrieve her precious lost gold ear ring that held such sentimental value! And what a thrill it was to hand it over to her and see the joy and relief on her face. God truly is good in allowing me to be a blessing and encouragement to this dear young couple.

Metal detecting service finds lost cochlear implant in inter coastal water in Port Orange, Florida!

Amberly texted me to ask if I was available to find a lost cochlear implant that belonged to her son. Apparently while taking pictures at the Boondock Restaurant in Port Orange Florida her son’s cochlear implant fell into the inter coastal water right where everyone feeds the local catfish! Amberly’s husband climbed down into the water and tried dragging a fishing net along the bottom but after an hour or so he gave up and it was decided that they needed specialized help in order to find their lost cochlear implant. So the next morning I gathered all my gear and headed over to the Ponce Inlet area and met Amberly and her family. It was not an ideal place to do a water search as the area was full of sharp objects like oyster shells and barnacles and even hungry cat fish and so I opted to use my large Magnatar magnet and by leaning over the rail I was able to lower my magnet into the water and slowly bob it back and forth. Ideally the lost cochlear implant should have been directly below where it fell but because a fishing net was dragged over the area it obviously got moved further out into the water. So after 30 minutes or so I found exactly what I was looking for…Amberly’s son’s lost cochlear implant! And my prayer was…Thank you GOD for allowing me to be used to help Amberly and her family in their time of need!!!
