Engagement ring found in Arrowhead lake. Poconos PA

  • from Reading (Pennsylvania, United States)

Kelly contacted me in August stating she lost her ring in a lake after playing with her kids. I told her I was on vacation in Alaska and would not be home until October. She contact me again in October and we made arrangements to meet at the lake to search for the ring. We both lived about 1 hour and 45min away. She showed me where she was playing volleyball and I first began to search in the sand before moving to the water. After about an hour of searching, I found a gold signal in about one foot of water and had to dig down about 6inches into the sand. As I pulled up the scoop of soil, I could see the ring sticking out of the sand. Kelly had been waiting in her vehicle, and as I walked back towards her car, she got out and asked if I had given up searching. She was very surprised when I pulled her ring out of my pocket and could not believe I found it after several months of being in the water at a pubic location. Please call me if you need help in finding lost jewelry no matter how long it’s been lost.

Family heirloom ring recovered in Lititz, PA

  • from Reading (Pennsylvania, United States)

While pressure washing a customers home on a Monday, Ed lost his wedding ring. He rented a metal detector and raked the yard but could not locate it. As an Assoc. Pastor, he watched the church’s live stream from Sunday evening and he saw the ring on his hand. But after visiting a gun store on Tuesday, he watched the store surveillance video and did not see it on his hand. He called me after exhausting all efforts to find it. I arrived the next day and met him on site. He showed me the area he was working and I began the search. After about 5 min, I got a strong signal around 87 on my Garrett ATPro. The ring had been pushed down into the grass and soil, so I needed my pin pointer to find it.

Somehow my phone texted Ed a (smiling emoji) who was waiting in his truck. He came running around the house and said,  “I just got your text, so you found it??”, I told him that I did not text him and that I had just stood up from finding it. I looked at my phone, and sure enough, there was a smiling emoji. I have no idea how that got sent. He was so happy to get his families ring back. He told me that it was his grandfathers ring, who had received it from his grandmother, so this ring has been in the family for a long time. Lost family heirloom ring found in Skippack, PA yard

Nikki Ciaccio was sitting on her deck talking to her dad when a very sentimental ring flew off her finger. Her dad immediately contacted me after finding my profile on The RingFinders. I returned his call and we made plans to search their yard the next day. The ring has been handed down to the ladies of the family since the early 1900’s, on their 16th birthdays. Nikki said she has worn the ring since receiving it from her mother, who just recently passed away.

They showed me the area where they thought the ring could have fallen from the deck. Nikki watched me search for awhile and then as she turned to go inside, I got a hit and found her ring. She ran back to me and gave me a big hug. I was so happy to return the ring to her and see her smiles. When needing professional metal detector service in Eastern, PA, call Tracy at 610-207-8677

Engagement ring found in thick bushes in Harrisburg, PA

  • from Reading (Pennsylvania, United States)

I received a call from Sydney stating her engagement ring was lost in very thick bushes outside of a hotel. She stated someone else had tried to search for it but was unable to find it. As they searched the night before they removed a lot of cans and garbage from deep inside the bush. When I arrived I found the bushes to be much bigger then expected and a lot of trash sitting next to them. I knew this would be difficult because of all the metal garbage and because I would have to climb into the middle of the bushes which were about 4ft high.

I first scanned the tops and worked my way down through the bush in case the ring was stuck within the thick branches. Once that turned up nothing, I climbed into the middle and began searching under the bushes with my Garrett Super Sniper 4.5″ coil as the regular coil would not fit. After about 20min, of searching, I found the ring laying under pine needles. When I emerged from the bush and handed Sydney her ring, she was overcome with emotion. She immediately called her fiancé to tell him the news.

Tungsten wedding band found in yard in Reading, PA

  • from Reading (Pennsylvania, United States)

I received a text from Madi asking if I could be a hero and find her husbands wedding ring. He lost it on Christmas day while playing football with his brother at his parents house. Madi and Ryan live in Maryland and would not be able to meet me on the day of the search. They sent me great details on the area they think it came off. They were devastated after not finding it after several hours of searching. I arrived several days later because of my schedule and searched the area for about five minutes before getting a strong hit on my Garrett ATPro. I found the ring deep in the grass which was difficult to see because of the rings unique black and brown color.

I texted Madi and photo and told her i found it. She immediately called me and told me I was their hero. I went to the house to give the ring to Ryan’s mother who did not even realize I had searched for it. She was so excited I found it and would keep it safe until her son comes to visit her again.
